Emergency Notification If emergency care is required, call 911 for an ambulance. The nearest Emergency Room is at Bozeman Health Deaconess Hospital at 915 Highland Blvd. in Bozeman. Nova Health Urgent-Care Belgrade is located on the frontage road in Belgrade and Belgrade Urgent Clinic is located near I-90 exit 298 in Belgrade Smoking Smoking of any kind is not permitted in the house. Smoking cigarettes, cigars, pipes, and any other legal form of tobacco is allowed outside in a designated area. The use or possession of any illegal substance is prohibited. Wifi The Wifi name and password are provided upon arrival. Garbage Collection Garbage collection is on Fridays. All garbage from the guests’ private areas must be in the provided receptacle located at the front entrance of the house on the driveway no later than 6:00 am. Pets River Rock Townhouse does not allow pets. Though the owner loves animals, his own little dog is not often friendly with other animals. Capacity The guest may invite visitors to the property. A maximum of four additional visitors are allowed between the hours of 7:00 am and 10:00 pm weekdays and 11:00 am- 11:00 pm weekends and only in the presence of the guest. No more than one additional visitor is allowed overnight with a maximum of one night per week. Overnight visitors are limited to the guests’ personal space during nighttime hours. Visitors must not block owner or neighbor parking areas. Outdoor Recreation You are in one of the best areas for outdoor activities! Please let me know if you have any questions about the area. You are welcome to store gear in the garage in a designated area. Helpful Information Extra batteries are kept in the freezer for the TV remote, Roku remote, and smoke detectors, ect. A fire extinguisher is located in the kitchen in the pantry. The use of candles, incense, or any other flammable items are prohibited in the house. Check-in/ Check-out River Rock Townhouse offers host check-in, complete with a tour of the house and the neighborhood. In addition to a set of house keys, guests will receive a set of keys for the master bedroom, which is private and has a locking door. Guests must make arrangements with the owner prior to arrival. Please complete the list of tasks enclosed prior to departure and return both sets of keys directly to the owner.

Guests have unlimited access to the house, including the main living area, private master bedroom, bathroom, laundry area, outdoor space, and storage. River Rock Drive is ten minutes from the nearest freeway entrance. Grocery stores, gyms, restaurants, and retail stores are all within a few minutes’ drive. Bozeman is about a fifteen minute drive on I-90.
